Larry has created some of the best tasting craft beers Central Texas has to offer.  Come by and order our tasting trays and select your favorite Hill Country brew.

Not every beer is always available, but we are brewing as fast as we can, but perfection takes time.

Blonde Armadillo

A light beer with a crisp refreshing taste flake corn and grits. We call this our "Breakfast Beer".

Hoppin’ Jalapeño

A jalapeño infused brew that is a little on the lighter side.

Little Girl

An amber ale with a hint of citrus, brewed by the request of my wife and friends.

Rabbit Hole

A stout Scottish Ale, we call this one the BIg Brother to Little Girl

Pecan Bottom Ale

A pecan infused amber ale to celebrate San Saba being titled the "Pecan Capital of the World".

Honey’s Wheat

A wheat beer with just a touch of unfiltered local honey.

Indian Pale Ale

This our take on an IPA, but without the strong hoppy flavor.

Double Down Brown

A darker brew along the lines of a chocolate stout.

River Bottom Porter

A delicious porter brewed without the thick heavy consistency and a coffee-like finish.
